The situation
Eloquest Healthcare is a 3-in-1 company — they sell two brands they own, Mastisol and Detachol, and are themselves owned by a larger parent company. When they came to us, Amazon was a mess: over 10 different brand variations of their products were scattered across the marketplace, each with their own listings, inconsistent imagery, and conflicting information. There were also 30+ unauthorized sellers who had created their own ASINs using inaccurate product details, wrong images, incorrect sizes, and misleading descriptions — on products that are medical in nature. Eloquest had no visibility into who these sellers were or where they were sourcing product.
The risk
For a healthcare brand, listing accuracy is not a cosmetic problem. Wrong sizing, wrong imagery, and inaccurate claims create a real liability. Patients and providers rely on the information on the page being correct.
What we did
We took over the Amazon channel as their authorized distributor. We condensed the 10+ scattered brand variations into one main brand with proper variation listings. We consolidated rogue ASINs, replaced inaccurate imagery and copy with brand-approved assets, and enforced MAP pricing across the catalog. We continue to actively fight unauthorized sellers and shut them down.
Where they are now
The catalog is under full control. Both Mastisol and Detachol are organized under one clean brand presence with accurate variation listings and pricing in line with brand guidelines. We currently purchase roughly $20,000 per month of product from Eloquest, and the listings are performing.
